Ladscape and land planning

On Earth land is so important that it is impossible to imagine that humans could live without land. Landscapes are a sort of visual representation of the identity of land. We value the beauty of a region or a city according to their landscape. If there's no waste, if nature is clean, if buildings and streets have a friendly or logical design, etc we say it's a beautiful region or city. Alain Botton called it the Architecture of Happiness. We could even add: the landscapes of happines. But it is not only a matter of happines, but also of sustainability. Clean landscapes with unpolluted nature and with clean air, clean rivers, etc., mean also clean environment and thus sustainible life.
In this section, information on sustainible landscape and land planning will be added.
